1954 Badin
The 1954 Badin Hall football team was the first to compile a 7-0 record against interhall opponents in the history of the IFL. The Badinites did so without allowing a single point across the entire season. They defeated St. Edward's 6 to 0 in the interhall football championship game to take their first title since 1926, and their last before becoming a women's dormitory in 1972. The Badinites had taken a six-year hiatus in the years immediately preceding their championship run, and followed their performance with a 1-1 showing in the following season. In fact, Badin would never post another winning season in the rest of their history as a men's residence hall. These factors make the achievements of the 1954 team all the more incredulous.
