Men's Halls

There are currently seventeen undergraduate residence halls for men at Notre Dame. The oldest is Sorin Hall, constructed in 1888 as a place for the brightest students on campus. The newest is technically Pangborn Hall, which was originally constructed in 1955 but didn't re-open as a permanent residence until 2021. The most newly constructed dormitory is Baumer Hall, which accepted students starting in 2019. Each hall has their own history, traditions, amenities, and activities.
